New Undergraduate Students for 2024-2025: The housing application process for the 2024-2025 academic year is open. Students who have paid their $200 Enrollment Reservation Deposit will receive the Residential Community Living Guide via email. The guide contains residential housing information and instructions for beginning the online housing application.

You will be assigned a housing assignment in a standard 4-person suite by the Office of Residence Life. Housing assignments will be included in the roommate email that will be sent to your CMICH email by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 6. If you are interested in a premium hall space, please reach out to our office at reslife@cmich.edu. We cannot guarantee that you will receive a premium hall request as it is based on available spaces.

Undergraduate Returners for 2024-2025: The housing application process for the residence halls for the 2024-2025 academic year is open. Priority registration has closed.

Graduate Students for 2024-2025: The housing application process for the 2024-2025 academic year is open. You will be assigned a housing assignment in a standard 4-person suite by the Office of Residence Life. Housing assignments will be included in the roommate email that will be sent to your CMICH email by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 6.

First Housing Payment: The $350 first housing payment is due June 1, or with application if applying after June 1.

To defer/postpone, please email reslife@cmich.edu with your name and student ID number.
To pay by electronic check or credit card, log into centrallink.cmich.edu using your global ID and password and select View/Pay my Bill.
